Remote Support: Serac maintains a support agreement with our client to provide emergency coverage for an MES system located in the UK during UK working hours (9AM – 5PM British Time). Serac has established a dedicated support phone line for this coverage.
Long-Term Partnerships: Serac is entering year 7 of a maintenance agreement with a global pharmaceutical company for a 3 site Clinical Supplies system. Serac is responsible for maintenance of the POMS application, multiple system interfaces including ERP, two reporting tools, barcode labeling and scanning, and Oracle tuning. In addition, Serac recently completed a major upgrade project to extend the planned life of the system for 4 more years.
Pro-active Approach: Serac is responsible for ongoing maintenance of a Biologics Pilot Plant MES system. The system is used for tracking of equipment, materials, and for recording of all manufacturing data associated with development batches and clinical production. We have used our insight to recommend and implement numerous enhancements to improve productivity and reduce downtime, including a new wireless solution for equipement and material tracking.
